چکیده

The linguistic terms used to describe the qualitative data in problems are symmetrical about central word. With increasing complexity and a large number of DMs with different domain expertise involved decision-making, symmetric term set seems constricted. This paper examines multiple-criteria group decision-making which decision-makers use unbalanced 2-tuple alternative–criteria assessments matrices. We adopt envelopment analysis (DEA) approach develop linear programming model evaluate alternatives criteria weights for each decision-maker. non-rational factor risk gets modeled using value function from prospect theory. values gain loss, respectively, on cost benefit parameters computed applied formulate DEA assess criterion alternative. Eventually, cross-efficiency scores their entropy provide ranking alternatives. A numerical example is presented illustrate methodology. comparative proposed method fuzzy ordinal priority TOPSIS performed illustrative example. Finally, an application faculties end-semester feedback class students academic institute presented.

2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators in multiple attribute decision making

In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decisionmaking (MADM) problems with 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzylinguistic information. Then, we utilize arithmetic and geometricoperations to develop some 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguisticaggregation operators. The prominent characteristic of theseproposed operators are studied. Then, we have utilized theseoperators to develop some app...

A Hybrid Multi-attribute Group Decision Making Method Based on Grey Linguistic 2-tuple

Because of the complexity of decision-making environment, the uncertainty of fuzziness and the uncertainty of grey maybe coexist in the problems of multi-attribute group decision making. In this paper, we study the problems of multi-attribute group decision making with hybrid grey attribute data (the precise values, interval numbers and linguistic fuzzy variables coexist, and each attribute val...

The OWA-VIKOR method for multiple attributive group decision making in 2-tuple linguistic setting

In order to process the assessment information more exactly and make the decision result more understandable in linguistic setting, a hybrid approach integrating OWA aggregation into VIKOR for multiple attributive group decision making in 2-tuple linguistic setting is proposed. In the method, the OWA is used to aggregate the linguistic assessment information. According to the ideas of VIKOR, th...

Intelligent Data Analysis Using Multiple Criteria Decision Making

Multiple Criteria Decision Making or multi-attribute (MCDM) problems refer to performing preference decisions (e.g. ranking, ordering, prioritization, selection) over several available alternatives or objects that are characterized by multiple, usually conflicting, attributes or criteria. MCDM techniques have been and are still being encountered in a wide range of human activities, from the pro...

Benchmark Forecasting in Data Envelopment Analysis for Decision Making Units

Although DEA is a powerful method in evaluating DMUs, it does have some limitations. One of the limitations of this method is the result of the evaluation is based on previously data and the results are not proper for forecasting the future changes. So For this purpose, we design feedback loops for forecasting inputs and outputs through system dynamics and simulation. Then we use DEA model to f...
